We want to process and ship your order to you as quickly as possible. In order to do this we are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Currently we are only shipping merchandise to addresses in the Continental United States. We regret we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, or US territories at this time. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Follow the instructions in the email to follow the shipping of your order.
344 Accepts the following credit/debit cards for payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover cards. Payment for orders is made through Authorize.net. a secure SSL web site.
Many of the items sold on the 344 web site are one size and fit most. For those items that are available in different sizes please refer to the charts below:
Measuring the chest: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measuring the Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. To ensure a comfortable fit, do not pull measuring tape too tightly. Measuring the Hips: With your feet about 6 inches apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
When you click on the size and color buttons of an item the available sizes and colors will be listed in the pull-down window. If a size and/or color are not listed they are currently not available.
Many items sold on the 344 web site are exclusive to the web site and may not be available in our stores.
Becoming a 344 Preferred Customer allows you quick and easy access to shopping our site as well as alerting you of our fabulous 344 customer special offers and promotions. It's easy to become a preferred 344 customer! All you need to do is complete the registration form. Your information will be safely transferred using HTTPS (secure http) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It will be available for you to easily complete an order any time of the day or night! You won't need to re-enter billing or shipping information every time you want to place an order, unless this information has changed or you want to ship to a different location (sending someone a 344 gift?). You can shop, browse and complete an order easily being a Preferred 344 Customer.
Forgot your 344 sign on or password? No worries! We will be happy to send it to you. Just go to “My 344 Account”, click on “Forgot my 344 password”. Enter your email address associated with your 344 account and an email will be sent to you within 30 minutes to reset your preferred 344 password. Don't forget to keep your information updated.
We never want to disappoint our customers, so here at 344 we do our best to remove an item from our web site if it is not available. If we should miss removing an item from our web site and you place an order you will receive an email advising you that the item is out of stock and that it is being removed from your order. Please note you will not be charged for an item that is out of stock. You will only be charged for items that are shipped to you.
At Shop 344 we do our best to do things right, but if by chance we should make a typographical error, or leave out information that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, and to change/update information at any time without prior notice. (This also applies once and order has been submitted).
We will gladly exchange or accept the return of any unworn, FULL PRICED merchandise within 14 business days from the date the order was placed.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE AND 344 BASEMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Returns and Exchanges will not be made on any Sale or Basement Item.
The following exchange/return policy and procedures applies only to online purchases of Full Priced Merchandise made though the 344 web site. For an item to be eligible for a full priced exchange/refund it must meet the following criteria:

If you should receive defective merchandise or an item that is different from the invoice it may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please note: All defective merchandise is subject to inspection.
Please mail the merchandise to: Shop 344 E Commerce Returns/Exchanges, 21 Dry Dock Ave., 401W, Boston, MA 02210. Please make sure the exchange/return portion of the Original Summary Sheet is in the package with the merchandise and that you have marked off the proper return code. If defective, please describe the defect in the notes section. If you would like a replacement please indicate exchange in the notes section. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, if available, we will ship you a replacement/correct item free of charge. If you request an exchange for any reason other than defective merchandise, there will be a $5.00 restocking charge. If the item is no longer available we will contact you via email and offer you an alternative item or a credit.
In Store Gift Card:
Gift cards cannot be purchased with previously purchased gift cards.
All 344 In Store Gift Cards are non refundable.
