Shop 344 Exchange/ Return Policy on Full Priced Merchandise

We will gladly exchange or accept the return of any unworn, FULL PRICED merchandise within 14 business days from the date the order was placed.

 

PLEASE NOTE: SALE AND 344 BASEMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Returns and Exchanges will not be made on any Sale or Basement Item.

 

The following exchange/return policy and procedures applies only to online purchases of Full Priced Merchandise made though the 344 web site. For an item to be eligible for a full priced exchange/refund it must meet the following criteria:

  1. Merchandise must be unworn with tags still attached.
  2. All jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, bike shorts, special occasion dresses and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE.
  3. Swimwear and other products applicable must still have the sanitary liner intact.
  4. Merchandise purchased on the Shop 344 e commerce web site can only be returned or exchanged through the web site.
  5. Exchanges or return by mail: Original exchange/return portion of the Order Summary Sheet must be completed and enclosed in the package.
  6. Use the original mailing envelope to ship the merchandise. This envelope has a 2nd strip of tape so it is easy to reseal. You may choose what method of shipping you use to return the merchandise to us. We suggest you choose a carrier that supplies a tracking number if for some reason the package does not arrive back at the Shop 344 warehouse.
  7. We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt by Shop 344 of the product return.
  8. Refunds will be processed once the returning merchandise is received at our warehouse.
  9. Mail the package to: Shop 344 E Commerce Returns, 21 Dry Dock Ave., 401W, Boston, MA 02210.
  10. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the return ship date for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns/Exchanges for Defective Items

If you should receive defective merchandise or an item that is different from the invoice it may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please note: All defective merchandise is subject to inspection.

 

Please mail the merchandise to: Shop 344 E Commerce Returns/Exchanges, 21 Dry Dock Ave., 401W, Boston, MA 02210. Please make sure the exchange/return portion of the Original Summary Sheet is in the package with the merchandise and that you have marked off the proper return code. If defective, please describe the defect in the notes section. If you would like a replacement please indicate exchange in the notes section. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, if available, we will ship you a replacement/correct item free of charge. If you request an exchange for any reason other than defective merchandise, there will be a $5.00 restocking charge. If the item is no longer available we will contact you via email and offer you an alternative item or a credit.
