Tis' The Season!

Posted by: Shop 344 Posted Date: 12/06/2011

Well, it's official. The Christmas season is finally and officially upon us, meaning that it is now 100% perfectly and absolutely acceptable to listen to Christmas tunes non-stop (side note - if you haven't gotten the Justin Bieber Christmas CD yet, get it), harass your parents with present ideas, decorate your abode in a sick amount of red and green, and celebrate the fact that in just a few days, the only thing you will have to worry about whether to get out of bed at noon or 1.

Ah, the holidays.

From now until Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or whatever you celebrate, I will be posting some of my most favorite gift ideas from 344!

What do you all tend to give for gifts?!

Texture Infinity Scarf

$24.00

I'm uh-bsessed with infinity scarves this season. They make any outfit cute. I want one in every color. This one comes in a plum purple as well!

Essential Purse Kit

$20.00

I don't know about anyone else, but I LOVE little pouches like this. I have one for almost every bag I use and adorable ones like this just make me smile.

Photo Book

$12.00

This is just darling. Fill it with pictures of you and a friend for a present? Pretty and sentimental. Boom. Done.

Free People Crochet Cuff Henley

$68.00

I've found over the last few years that Free People items are always good gifts. I love this henley because it is so seemingly simple, but the crochet detail is so fun and cute.

Dylan Top Zip Clutch

$205.00

Okay, okay. This would CLEARLY be a splurge gift. But Linea Pelle leather is like butter and this red color is amazeballs. I've had a Linea Pelle wallet for over three years now and plan to have it for many more.

Thanksgiving, Get a Move On!

Posted by: Shop 344 Posted Date: 11/16/2011

Ok, so I didn't post anything last week and for that I am very sorry! But don't give up on me because it is the holiday season and I am back and filled to the brim with holiday cheer! Now, I promised myself I would wait with the real holiday posts until after Thanksgiving, so you'll just have to wait for those. BUT, with Thanksgiving break just a mere three school days away (not that I'm counting...) I wanted to throw out some of my favorite ideas for Thanksgiving break attire. Now, you may not think there is much to it, but you're very wrong. Thanksgiving break can call for many look! The pictures below are looks that I'm going to be shooting for! Let me know what you think!

 Honey Comb Sequin Emb. Sweater

 $68.00

This sweater screams "Baking on Thanksgiving" to me. I love the casual and oversized look with that  pop of sparkle!

 Chiffon Back Sweatshirt

 $68.00

I'm ob-sessed with this sweatshirt. Its the perfect mix of comfort and fashion with the chiffon back.  Ideal for a day of  lounging on the couch and watching (sleeping through) a football game or running  errands around town!

 Love Bug Thermal

 $58.00

Love this. Just love it. Thermals are the best. This comes in gray also. You better believe I'm getting  both colors.

...And because you'll have to leave your house at some point, I give you these:

 Giraffe Print Tank

 $38.00

I think this is perfect for the inevitable "We Haven't Seen Each Other In Almost Four Months" party or  bar gathering with  friends. With a cute cardigan, dark skinnies, and flats. Cute, casual, love it.

Free People Lace Trim Antique Top

 $98.00

When I say that I want every piece that Free People has to offer right now, I'm not kidding.  Everything is just incredible.  I love this sweet and girly look for a day walking around town poking  into cute shops.

Holy Halloweekend!

Posted by: Shop 344 Posted Date: 10/26/2011

If you're like me, you're freaking the eff out because you are just now realizing that Halloweekend is only a couple of days away and your don't have a costume and you don't want to spend $70.00 on a Sexy Nurse costume that you are never going to wear again.

Okay, freak out over. BUT, if you have in fact found yourself scrambling for a Halloween costume, get yourself to a 344 stat! There are so many fun and creative costume ideas that won't break the bank and are cuter than anything you'll find at an iParty (no offense...) These are just a couple of the costumes I'm considering, but I'm having a hard time deciding. Help!

Flapper

metallic flapper dress

$58.00

Such a cute and modern twist on the classic Flapper dress. Picture this with a sparkly headband, loose curls, and ruby red lips. I die.

Cat/Cheetah/Leopard

animal tie waist dress

$68.00

Again, such a fun and fashionable take on a fairly common costume. All you need is a pair of fuzzy ears, giant heels (obviously), and possibly a little face paint for whiskers and a nose! Minus the fuzzy   ears and face paint, I would no doubt wear this out on a normal Saturday night... (P.S. - If you're looking for a sexier version of this costume, this dress is adorable and JUST got marked down to $29.00. Can you say steal?!)

Trophy Wife/Gold Digger

sequined dress

$98.00

Get all dolled up, you're a trophy wife. Get a money sign necklace, you're a gold digger. Couldn't be easier AND this could double as a NYE dress. Love.

Aztec Princess

3/4 sleeved aztec dress

$48.00

Love this dress in general (this dress or this dress could work for this look, too!) Add a couple of cute   accessories (like these or these) and you have a fierce look!

Rachel Zoe

faux fur vest

$68.00

+

oversized square sunglasses

$10.00

This is one of my personal favorites. Match with any pair of trousers and fun pumps and you have a costume that is BANANAS (get it??) (Note: To make this look even better, carry around a baby doll in an oversized bag!)
